Move Out Proceedures

30 Day Advanced Written Notice is Required

DO NOT DISCONNECT THE UTILITIES until a walk through is done.

Clean unit and all appliances

Mop/Sweep/Vacuum

Carpet must be professionally cleaned with a receipt to show at move out.

Dust all furniture/blinds/baseboards

Spackle all picture frame holes or larger

Touch up walls

Clean all dishes and put away (if furnished)

Clean all bathrooms and kitchen

Repair any items that need to be repaired

Call 1 week prior to departure and schedule a walkthrough with rental agent. All walkthroughs will be done once tenant is completely out. If tenant is not completely moved out at the time of walkthrough another walkthrough will be scheduled.

If there is any issue you will be given an opportunity to correct the issue so that you may not have any deductions from your Security Deposit

Security Deposits will be refunded between 15-30 days from walkthrough.

Any disputes about the security deposits will only be accepted in writing and you should send them to:
